Sandy Freund (b. 1979) is the flight system Fault Protection Lead and Launch and SRC Release Mission Phase lead at Lockheed Martin on the OSIRIS-REx Mission. She was the fault protection lead on MAVEN and was a mission operations development lead on the Phoenix Mission's EDL critical mission phase.
