Antanas Bartkevicius (b. 1940) is a leading researcher at the Institute of Theoretical Physics and Astronomy in Vilnius and professor in astronomy at the Vilnius Pedagogical University. He is best known for his investigation of old stellar populations in the Milky Way galaxy.
