Victor Grokhovsky (b. 1947) is a professor of meteoritics at the Ural Federal University in Yekaterinburg, Russia. He has often organized search campaigns to recover meteorites in Russia and promptly worked to recover material from the Chelyabinsk airburst, leading to the main fragment.
