Stanislav George Djorgovski (b. 1956) is a Professor of Astronomy at the California Institute of Technology. He has performed fundamental research in many topics, including high-z galaxies, globular clusters, quasars and galactic evolution. He has pioneered the use of advanced computing techniques for astronomical problems.
