Thomas Roatsch (b. 1958) is a cartographer of planetary satellite and asteroid surfaces working at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) in Berlin. He developed a mosaic atlas of Vesta as one of the key data products from the Dawn mission.
