Ol'ga Kochetova (b. 1954) is a staff scientist at the Institute of Applied Astronomy of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She directed the preparation of the Ephemerides of Minor Planets and the software packages STAMP and AMPLE. She has helped determine asteroid masses and the orbit of (99942) Apophis.
