Vladimír Václav Heinrich (1884-1965) was a Czech astronomer, professor and head of the Astronomical Institute of Charles University in Prague from 1919 to 1934. He studied celestial mechanics, and some of his works dealt with Hecuba and Trojan motion. The name was suggested by J. Ticha.
