Lugh (or Lugus) is the Celtic God of the sun and light. He was known for many skills as smith, warrior, druid and bard. His name has been commemorated in numerous place-names in former Celtic Europe. The summer harvest festival called Lughnasadh bears his name. The name was suggested by M. Tichy.
