Kazuhiko Ichikawa (b. 1956), a Japanese amateur astronomer, is one of the founders of the Yamaneko Group of Comet Observers and a key member of Ota Uchuno Kai. An organizer of the Cometary Summer School, an advanced workshop for comet research, he has mentored many amateur comet researchers.
