Robert A. Garfinkle (b. 1947) is a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and author of best-selling observational astronomy books and many articles. He is also the British Astronomical Association Lunar Section Historian and the Association of Lunar and Planetary Observers Book Review Editor.
