Many years ago, Yoichi Hanaki (1937– ) used to make astronomical observations, notably of Jupiter, with the second discoverer. Later he established the vocational training facility Hoshi-no-mura {see planet  (3814)} that endeavors to help mentally handicapped people. (M 42668) _ _.
