Paolo Tanga (b. 1966) is an adjoint astronomer at the Observatoire de la Côte d´Azur. His research includes studying planetesimal formation and asteroid collisional evolution, particularly the formation of asteroid families. He is coordinating the study of solar system objects measured by the Gaia satellite.
